Mitch was our salesperson, he was great to work with and very honest, not pushy like other salespersons can be. He understood what type of flooring we were interested in and very knowledgeable about different flooring materials. His phone contacts and home visits were greatly appreciated, and he always had the time to answer any of our questions.
